Raiders-Jaguars Live Update Score – Silver And Black Pride

Here are some live updates from the Las Vegas Raiders home game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday:

First quarter

  • The Jaguars were aggressive at the start of the game when they went for it on fourth and 1 from their own 39 and they converted. They ended up stalling at the Raider’s 49 and punt.
  • The Raiders took over inside their own five, and then Aidan O’Connell hit rookie tight end Brock Bowers for a big 32-yard gain to get out of trouble. Bowers reached 1,000 yards on the catch. he then got dropped and a holding penalty nullified an O’Connell run, and then he was sacked. raiders struck.
  • Jacksonville quarterback Mac Jones had some open receivers, but he misfired on several plays, prompting the Jaguars to punt.

  • Coming back from a knee injury, O’Connell had fresh legs as he scrambled for 13 yards and a first down. On the next game. he hit receiver Jakobi Meyers to enter the Jaguars’ 30.

Second quarter

  • Tre Tucker made a nice catch to put the Raiders up 1. Then Alexander Mattison scored from the 1 to tie the game at 7-7.
  • The Jaguars went three and out to give the Raiders the ball back.
  • O’Connell hit Tucker and Meyer again, and that helped set up a 49-yard field goal by Daniel Carlson to give the Raiders a 10-7 lead with 10:28 left in the half. Carlson has connected on 21 straight field goals from inside 50 yards, the fourth-longest current streak in the league.
  • Another three and out from a poor Jacksonville offense.
  • The Raiders made some plays and Ameer Abdullah had some nice runs and converted another Carlson field goal (37 yards) to increase their lead to 13-7.
  • The Raiders got the ball back after Tank Bigsby fumbled after a nice run and Raiders safety Tre’von Moehrig recovered with just over four minutes left in the first half. But the Raiders had to punt.
  • Raiders rookie guard Jackson Powers-Johnson appeared to be hurt.
  • The Jaguars drove to try for a field goal late in the first half, but Isaiah Pola-Mao forced his second fumble and the Raiders recovered.
  • Raiders lead 13-7 at halftime. It is their first half-time lead since November 24.
  • The final four Jacksonville drives of the first half totaled 62 yards.

Third quarter

  • Jackson-Powers returned. The Raiders had to punt on the first drive of the second half after O’Connell fouled a wide open Bowers.
  • The Jaguars showed some life, but Chaisson came home for a sack on third down to force a punt. Last five Jacksonville drives: punt, punt, fumble, fumble, punt.
  • O’Connell hit Bowers to convert on third and one midway through the quarter. It was the Raiders’ first third-down conversion of the game. A Kolton Miller team wiped out a nice win by Tucker. The Raiders turned the ball over on third-and-21, setting up another punt that the Jaguars muffed and recovered. Those are two bad teams.
  • The Raiders have 16 yards on nine plays in the second half.
  • The Jaguars punted again and they threw it. Raiders ball at Jacksonville’s 35.
  • But the Raiders couldn’t cash in as the Raiders couldn’t move the ball and Carlson missed a field goal.
  • The Jaguars quickly struck on a big play and Thomas scored a 62-yard touchdown on third-and-8 as the Jaguars took a 14-13 lead with 48 seconds left in the quarter. It ended a miserable six-drive sequence by the Jaguars’ offense.

Fourth quarter

  • The Jaguars saved a Raiders drive with an illegal hands-to-face flag. Then O’Connell hit Bowers and Abdullah (on a play he almost got sacked) for first downs in Jacksonville territory. Bowrs caught another pass to get into the red zone. That set up a short touchdown by Abdullah as the Raiders. They went for two and missed. The score is 19-14 with just over 11 minutes left. The Raiders are 2-for-5 on two-point conversions.
