Dragon Ball Super Hiatus has been extended

The Dragon Ball Super The manga will reportedly have its previously announced hiatus extended. According to leaker ryokutya2089, a new chapter was originally supposed to be published in the March 2025 issue of V-Jump magazine in January 2025 before the hiatus was extended. (Thanks, ryokutya2089!)

The Dragon Ball Super the manga has been on indefinite hiatus since the release of chapter 103 on March 20, 2024. At the time of the announcement, the manga’s hiatus was said to be unrelated to the original Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama’s passing on March 1, 2024.

Artist Toyotaro has been responsible for drawing the art Dragon Ball Super manga, while original series creator Akira Toriyama wrote the series from its inception in June 2015 until his death.

While Dragon Ball Super will not return for the March 2025 issue of V-Jump magazine, Atlus announced that the popular RPG Metaphor: ReFantazio will be adapted into a manga series, and its first chapter is expected to appear in that very issue of the monthly manga magazine.

The Dragon Ball Super The manga hiatus has reportedly been extended and will continue indefinitely. Viz Media is handling the English release of the manga. The Dragon Ball Super anime can be streamed on Crunchyroll.
