Dollywood Parks & Resorts is celebrating its 40th anniversary season in 2025. In preparation for the big year ahead, the company is hosting several hiring events to bring more employees to the park.

After recent expansions, new employees could be hired for positions at Dollywood, Dollywood’s Splash Country, Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa, or Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort.

A variety of positions will be available, and many who attend the events will be hired on the spot, according to a press release. Dollywood employees receive some pretty nice perks. Read on to learn how you can become one of them!

Is Dollywood Hiring?

Dollywood is hiring for the year 2025 and the company is looking for part-time, full-time and seasonal employees to join the team. Applicants must be at least 14 years old

What positions does Dollywood have open?

The company is currently hiring for roles in culinary and merchandise and park operations positions such as ride operators, ticketing, transportation and grounds. Openings at Dollywood’s Splash Country include house and grounds, lifeguard and culinary service positions. Dollywood lodging properties will be staffed for food and beverage, front desk, bell/attendant and housekeeping.

The list of available options will be published on dollywoodjobs.com December 30, and additional openings will be posted throughout the year.

Applicants can submit an application online in advance or during a hiring event, where they can receive technical assistance if needed.

When are the hiring events for Dollywood Parks and Resorts?

All events except February 8 will be at 9.00-15.00. It is suggested that potential applicants attend at the earliest possible date for the largest selection of available jobs.

  • Jan. 18 at Sevier County High School
  • Jan. 25 at Jefferson County High School
  • Feb. 1 at Seymour Heights Christian Church
  • February 8 at the Newport Community Center at 10-14
  • Feb. 15 at the Sevierville Civic Center
  • February 22 at Morristown Landing
