Bournemouth v West Ham team news: Coufal in for Emerson

There is one more game left in Gameweek 16: Bournemouth v West Ham United, which kicks off at 20:00 GMT.

The Cherries can, incredibly, leapfrog Manchester City this evening – but only with a three-goal win.

However, it is almost six years since the Hammers were defeated by tonight’s hosts. In the last seven league and cup meetings between the two teams, West Ham have won four and drawn three.

Both meetings between the two clubs ended 1-1 in 2023/24.

In terms of team news, Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola makes just one change from the side that won 2-1 at Ipswich Town in Gameweek 15.

It is an enforced as Dango Ouattara replaces the injured party Marcus Tavernier.

Julen Lopetegui had his hand forced with one of his two changes.

Emerson Palmieri is suspended, so Vladimir Coufal comes in as a full-back.

In the second amendment, Lucas Paqueta replaces Crysencio Summerville.
