Benny Blanco reacts to his and Selena Gomez’s engagement

Benny Blanco is loving being engaged like a love song, baby.

After the music producer proposed to Selena Gomez after a year of dating a whopping $225,000 ring, he couldn’t help but gush over the milestone.

“Hey wait,” Benny teased Only murder in the building star’s Instagram December 11 announcement. “That’s my wife.”

Indeed, she soon will be. After all, the 36-year-old popped the question with a marquise-cut diamond ring set on a gold pavé band, as VP of Merchandising at Jared Jewelers Ann Grimmett said was “about six carats.”

And Benny wasn’t the only celeb to comment during the post, with Selena sharing a snap of the romantic picnic he planned for the special moment. In fact, the “Who Says” singer’s close friend Taylor Swift shared her excitement and playfully began planning their wedding. She wrote: “Yes, I want to be the flower girl.”

Jennifer Aniston celebrated the milestone, adding: “BABY! Congrats sweet mommy.”
