December weather won’t feel normal for at least the next three days as warmer air continues to move into southeast Georgia and northeast Florida. Temperatures will top out in the low 70s and partly cloudy skies will remain.

SATURDAY NIGHT FORECAST

Temperatures will drop into the low 60s, with mostly cloudy skies, gusty winds of 15 to 20 mph out of the northeast, and low chances of rain. Rain accumulation will be less than one-tenth of an inch. If you have outdoor plans, you’ll want to bring a light jacket, but rain won’t be a washout.

Minor coastal flooding is expected. Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida Beaches.

Flooding of lots, parks and roads with only isolated road closures expected. Hazardous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water.
