Halle Berry’s texts with ex-employee revealed in custody battle with ex-husband Olivier Martinez

Halle Berry submitted a series of text messages she exchanged with her former employee into evidence as part of her custody battle with her ex-husband Olivier Martínez, In contact can only report.

In contact obtained the texts that Halle, 58, sent to his former employee Miriam Haziza before she heard about the alleged betrayal from the woman who worked for her 20 years.

Halle and Olivier, 58, are currently battling over legal custody of their 11-year-old son, Maceo. The actress demanded that Olivier be stripped of legal custody because she believes he is interfering with their son’s growth.

Olivier scoffed at the request and asked for Halle to be shut down. The two are due to appear in court next month for a hearing on the case.

Recently, Halle revealed that she believes Olivier conspired with two of her former employees. The first was a former nanny/assistant named Erica Simamora. The other is Miryam.

She claimed that Miryam has not worked with her since she learned that Miryam conspired with Olivier and Erica without her knowledge while she was still employed by her.

Halle claimed that Erica and Miryam made “false reports” against her.

Olivier listed Erica as a witness he plans to call at the upcoming hearing. Halle fired back, claiming she would also grill Erica at the hearing.

The actress said Erica’s testimony “is relevant because (Olivier) inexplicably persuaded (Erica) (while employed by (Halle)) to contact (Maceo’s therapist) with the purpose of intervening in Maceo’s therapeutic process, which is relevant to legal custody … who also conspired with (Erica) to make false reports about (Halle).” Halle posted a text thread that started on October 4, 2023.

She wrote to Miryam and asked her if she had spoken to Erica recently. Miryam told the actress that she had not. Many of the messages are edited in the chain.

The next message from Halle read: “And sidebar, if you don’t talk to Erica, she just lied to you big time!” Halle’s former employee responded: “WTF is she saying?”

Halle wrote in another, “And as for Erica … I couldn’t imagine you still talking to her, but that’s going to be a huge problem.”

Miryam’s response was edited, but Halle then responded: “I was WTF???? I want to sue her ass.

Halle wrote to Miryam at one point: “OK, I don’t think so, knowing how hard you protect our family’s privacy. And I knew you’d never give out information – Olivier is just mad that I won the school fight , and he wants to make me a bad guy here. He looked so bad in front of the judge last time and got caught is (sic) so many lies that he’s trying to drag me down to his level.”

“I understand, but why me???” Miriam replied.

Halle replied, “No idea what their evil plan is. But it’s evil. And honestly, Erica doesn’t have anything harmful to say. Yeah, it didn’t happen with Van in the beginning, but we dealt with all that and with HIM. It was a stressful time, but we got through it. Olivier sent Maceo to us to cause trouble, and we all knew it!” Halle added, “So I’m not afraid at all of anything Erica might say, and besides, she can’t talk to anyone about anything that happened in our home unless she’s subpoenaed, by the court, which will never happen.”

The lyrics don’t reveal who Van is, but Halle’s boyfriend is named Van Hunt.

Seam In contact first reported, Halle also posted a series of texts exchanged with Olivier about the situation.

In a text dated October 11, Halle told her ex-husband: “I am shocked by the information I learned through my case against Erica. I know we have not been on the best of terms and decision-making regarding Maceo has been difficult at best but I was truly shocked to discover the lengths you have gone to manipulate people closest to me and try yourself and through your lawyer to get these people to (redacted).”

A judge will hear from the exes next month.
