Isak shows why he is the PL big-six killer with latest screamer

Alexander Isak is a Premier League big-six defender’s worst nightmare and he is back on the scoresheet for the Magpies against Liverpool tonight.

The Swede has seen his usual scintillating form falter at times this season, but he remains a major threat in the biggest clashes for Newcastle United.

Against Premier League leaders Liverpool this evening, Isak opened the scoring with an absolute rocket to continue his staggering record against the big six.

The goal saw Isak extend his tally to 10 goals against big six opponents, level with Erling Haaland – although Haaland needed three penalties to hit that tally, Isak needed none!

Newcastle are apparently a sleeping giant in the Premier League. But if Isak gets hot again, there’s no telling what their ceiling might be.
