Arkansas’ Landon Jackson walks on a stretcher at Mizzou

COLUMBIA, Mo. — The no. The 21st-ranked Missouri Tigers will play in a snow game for the first time since Nov. 7, 1998.

Snow has been falling in Columbia since early Saturday morning, with shovels and golf carts working their way down to clear the course. From 70 minutes before the start, snow is still falling.

Most of the Missouri and Arkansas players entered the stadium shirtless. Missouri has been practicing in similar weather conditions, except for the snow, all week long.

“The weather could be an exciting factor in this game,” Missouri head coach Eli Drinkwitz said this week. “I haven’t played in a snow game, and it looks like we might get one of those. I don’t know if anyone here is a weather person, but it looks like it, right? So it’ll be interesting to see how it goes.”

This post will be updated throughout the game with any updates on damage and weather conditions throughout.

4:05 p.m.: After lying on the field for nearly 10 minutes, Arkansas defensive end Landon Jackson was carried off. He was immediately loaded into an ambulance to leave the stadium.

15:55, 13:07 left in the half: Arkansas’ Landon Jackson has been down the field receiving attention from a bevy of coaches. The All-SEC defensive lineman was down on the field for minutes before being carried off.

• 2:30 p.m kick off: The snow has settled, but still a good dusting on the pitch. No more precipitation is expected.
