Josh Allen is the Bills’ nominee for the Art Rooney Sportsmanship Award

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has been named his team’s nominee for the 2024 Art Rooney Sportsmanship Award.

The nominees for all 32 teams were announced earlier this week by the NFL:

The award represents “an NFL player who best demonstrates the qualities of sportsmanship on the field, including fair play, respect for the game and opponents, and integrity in competition,” according to of the league website.

The award will be “determined by a vote of current NFL players” and the winner will “receive a $25,000 donation from the NFL Foundation to a charity of their choice.”

Allen was also selected as the Bills’ representative in 2021.

The winner is announced at the end of the season “NFL Honors” Award show before the Super Bowl.
