Jennifer Hudson & Cynthia Erivo WOW with Reunion Performance of ‘What About Love?’ from ‘The Color Purple’

Cynthia Erivo can fly over the campaign track in support of ‘Evil,’ but her latest stoppage pushed into her tenure ‘The color purple’ on Broadway back in the spotlight.

The star visited The Jennifer Hudson Show today (27 November) and took a trip down memory lane.

Eruvo and Hudson both starred together in the Broadway adaptation of ‘Purple’ – with the former taking on the lead role of Celie and Hudson heats up the stage as Shug Avery.

To celebrate their history, the duo sang together for the first time in almost a decade. They had belts ‘What about love?’ from ‘The Color Purple.’
