Clad in a pink sweater dress, Clarkson belted out the lyrics as her instrumentalists and backup singers, affectionately called My Band Y’all, backed her up during the anthemic chorus. “I keep dancing down in West Hollywood/ I keep dancing at the Pink Pony Club,” she belts on the hook.

“I’m so excited for Chappell, who was nominated for six Grammys a few weeks ago. So amazing,” Clarkson said after the performance. Roan is nominated for Best New Artist, while she The Rise and Fall of a Midwestern Princess is up for album of the year and best pop vocal album. Meanwhile, the project’s breakout hit, “Good Luck, Babe!”, earned nods for Song of the Year, Record of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance.

Next month, Clarkson returns for his second year as host of NBC’s annual Christmas at Rockefeller Center broadcast on December 4. As well as hosting, Clarkson will also be performing some festive hits at the tree lighting ceremony.
