The parade will run from 8:30 a.m. to The event will be televised and streamed from 8:30 a.m. to noon in all time zones.

What is the Macy’s parade route? How to look in person?

The parade starts at 8:30 a.m. at West 77th Street and Central Park West and ends at the Macy’s flagship store in Herald Square at 34th Street at noon.

The parade will mostly run through Central Park West and then down Sixth Avenue. Along the route, there will be close to 2½ miles of designated public viewing locations. Arrive as early as 6 to ensure you a good seat.

Central Park West: Great viewing areas are available along Central Park West from 61st to 75th streets. However, there is no public access to viewing between 59th and 60th streets.

Sixth Avenue: The stretch from 38th to 59th streets offers some of the best views as it is near the end of the parade. Spectators should avoid the area of Sixth Avenue between 34th and 38th streets, as the live telecast will limit viewing there.

The weather forecast predicts rain, so dress accordingly.
