Watch: Carly Pearce joins Michael Bublé on heartfelt holiday duet

Carly Pearce joined in Michael Bublé to debut a stunning visual for their new holiday duet, “Maybe This Christmas.” The music video’s premiere arrives shortly before Pearce and Bublé team up again The voice on Tuesday (Nov. 26), with Pearce serving as Playoff Advisor on Bublé’s team. The NBC show airs at 9pm ET/8pm CT and will stream on Peacock.

Bublé brought “Maybe This Christmas” to life with songwriters Chase McGill, Greg Wells and Jan Ardenand organizer Nicholas Jacobson-Larson. The award-winning artist continues to train The voice previously said “this collaboration (with Pearce) fell into place so seamlessly that it feels like fate had a hand in it.”

“And all the snow falls on the city / And the good souls below / It’s not the same when it comes down / And turns to rain / Because it’s Christmas time / You won’t be alone / Again / Maybe this Christmas / Need not to be alone again”

“I wrote a Christmas song for people who maybe don’t love Christmas because they hurt, because they’re vulnerable, because it’s a hard time for a lot of people. I wanted to write something to give them hope,” Bublé said in a video on Instagram ahead of the song’s release last week. Pearce admitted that while she often doesn’t choose to listen to Christmas music until after Thanksgiving, “for Michael Bublé and this moment, I’m going to make an exception.”
