Eagles vs. Rams: First quarter score updates

The Philadelphia Eagles are now 8-2 heading into their primetime matchup against Los Angeles Rams on Sunday night football.

Momentum is definitely on the Eagles side as they look to build on their six game winning streak. They are coming off of two consecutive wins in the NFC East division and also had a bit of a bye week after their Thursday night game. Head coach Nick Sirianni found ways to maximize their Week 5 bye earlier in the season, so hopefully they were able to address some of the lingering weaknesses the last 10 days and can finish the season much stronger than they did in 2023.

By all accounts, there’s no reason to doubt that this team will avoid many of the mistakes they suffered last year. This final stretch will be a challenge, but also nothing they can’t handle if they continue to play the way they have on both sides of the ball. Even if the offense struggles on a drive or two early, the Eagles defense should come out swinging. If they do, they should be able to put together a complete performance against the Rams.
