LSU football had a chaotic week on the recruiting trail, but our attention returns to the gridiron tonight as the Tigers host Vanderbilt at Tiger Stadium.

Brian Kelly and his team are looking to snap a three-game losing streak that began at Texas A&M last month. LSU’s last win came against Arkansas on October 19th.

LSU was once a playoff hopeful, but now sits at 6-4 and just wants to finish the season with eight wins. The playoffs and the SEC title are out of the picture, but Kelly said he knows this team will show up to play.

Vanderbilt is already bowl eligible, but the Commodores would love to add another signature win to the schedule. Vanderbilt already has upset wins over Virginia Tech, Alabama and Auburn.

LSU 36, Vanderbilt 24: After three rough weeks, I think LSU will get back on track. The Tigers limit the explosive play on defense, and Garrett Nussmeier finally settles back on offense. The run game will also produce.
