Watch Yoel Romero destroy Duane Crespo for brutal knockout at the Dirty Boxing event

Yoel Romero made quick work of his opponent to close the show at the Dirty Boxing Championship’s first event.

Mike Perry’s new martial arts promotion held a private event Saturday night in Miami, and in the main event, Romero absolutely destroyed Power Slap standout Duane Crespo for a first-round knockout.

Watch the absolutely brutal finish below.

Romero’s participation in the event was kept under wraps until Friday, when he surprised the martial arts community when he weighed in for the heavyweight headliner. The multiple UFC title challenger and four-fight Bellator veteran picked up his second win of 2024. In February, the “Solider of God” earned a unanimous decision win over Thiago Santos at the PFL vs. Bellator fight card.

The 47-year-old now has four wins in his last five martial arts outings – which includes a pair of third-round knockout wins over Melvin Manhoef and Alex Polizzi.

Crespo entered the world of slap fighting after four straight knockout losses in a combination of MMA, boxing and bare-knuckle boxing. “The Iron Giant” has won three matches in a row in Dana White’s Power Slap organization.
