Fortnite update 32.11 patch notes, downtime, kicks, Juice WRLD skin and Catty Corner | Game | Entertainment

Fortnite developer Epic Games has dropped a brand new update for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch and Android.

Fortnite update 32.11 focuses primarily on Week 4 content and the season finale, which takes place next weekend.

While not quite on par with some of the other updates in the current season, it will be accompanied by a period of server downtime.

The news was announced by Epic Games on X (formerly Twitter): “Downtime for v32.11 begins at 4 AM ET with matchmaking ending shortly before.”

For UK fans, this means Fortnite will be taken offline at 9.00 GMT and be online again around noon (but hopefully earlier).

And while Epic didn’t give much of a hint about what to expect from the update, a previous blog post does.

In fact, Update 32.11 heralds the new content for Week 4 of Chapter 2: Remix, while also adding files for the big season finale.

This includes the release of the Juice WRLD skin ahead of the Finale event on November 30 at 19:00 GMT.

Week 4 also reintroduces Catty Corner, adds Mythic Shockwave and the files for the event which are said to be around 350MB.

According to insiders like Shiina, the live event file size is much larger than the Prelude event and more on par with past concerts that were much more epic in scale.

After a few delays, update 32.11 also brings the new Kicks cosmetics to Fortnite, starting with various Nike shoes and the shark slippers (Chomp Stompers).
