Post Malone spilled the beans.

Announcing his 2025 ‘Big Ass Stadium Tour’ with Jelly Roll via Instagram, the crossover country star included two Indio, CA show dates on his itinerary, prompting speculation that he was headlining next year’s Coachella Arts and Music Festival.

Now, just one day after the whoopsie, the annual two-week extravaganza confirmed that the “Sunflower” singer will perform next year alongside Lady Gaga, Green Day and Travis Scott at the Empire Polo Field in Indio, CA on the 11th-13th. April and 18-20 April.

Each of the featured artists has a bit of unique history with the festival.

Lady Gaga took Beyoncé’s lead role in 2017 following Queen Bey’s pregnancy announcement. Post Malone has made a handful of guest appearances in the past — and played a set in the Sahara Tent in 2018 — but 2025 will be his first official Coachella headlining gig.

Rock Hall of Fame inductees Green Day have yet to play Coachella, but Billie Joe Armstrong took the stage with The Replacements in 2014. Travis Scott performed in Indio in 2017 and was scheduled to headline in 2020, but the festival was canceled due to the new coronaviruses. To make up for the slight, he was put in as a headliner in 2022, but organizers removed him from the line-up due to his fatal Astroworld festival in 2021, in which ten people died.

Additional headliners will be announced at a later date, which makes sense; in previous years, Coachella revealed their lineup in mid-January.

As for this year, fans can purchase tickets for both Coachella 2025 weekends on sites like Vivid Seats.
