Smile 2 can now be seen at home

Smile 2 has now crept onto digital platforms, if you haven’t missed the horror sequel in theaters.

The film sees the curse pass over to pop star Skye Riley (Naomi Scott), just as she is about to embark on a major comeback world tour. Overwhelmed by terrifying events, can she regain control of her life in time?

If you’re in the US, you can now buy or rent Smile 2 from Prime video, iTunes and other participating digital retailers after the November 19th release.

Paramount has yet to confirm a digital release date for Smile 2 in Great Britain. In the meantime, you can pre-order it from Prime video and iTunes to be able to see it as soon as it is released digitally.

Smile 2 was hailed as “the scariest movie of the year” in glowing initial reactions to the horror sequel.

It also debuted to a higher Rotten Tomatoes rating than the first film and remains at a strong 85% at the time of writing.

However, this did not end up translating into Smile 2 be a bigger hit at the box office. The first film grossed $217.4 million worldwide, while the sequel has only taken in $131.9 million by comparison.

Smile 2 can be bought or rented from Prime video, iTunes and more in the US. A UK digital release date is yet to be confirmed.
