Hungary vs. Germany: How, When to Watch UEFA Nations League Soccer FREE

Germany have now cemented their place at the top of their Nations League Group A3 after a 7-0 shellacking of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Saturday.

That leaves one game remaining in this international period in November, and it involves a road trip to Hungary.

Coverage begins at 2:30 PM ET Tuesday, November 19 at Puskás Aréna, Budapest, Hungary and you can watch fubo tv (FREE trial period).

The Hungarians have challenged Germany in recent years, but their recent meetings have been one-sided, including a 5-0 drubbing by the Germans in Düsseldorf in September.

Die Mannschaft has been successfully led by coach Julian Nagelsmann, who took over the helm after his dismissal from Bayern Munich.

As for his team in this non-pressure game, Bayer Leverkusen defender Jonathan Tah picked up his second yellow card in the last game, which should be the opening for Borussia Dortmund’s Nico Schlotterbeck to slot in at central defense in this match. It is also an opportunity for rotation and for the three outfield players who did not feature in Saturday’s game – Chris Führich (VfB Stuttgart), Julian Brandt (Borussia Dortmund) and Robin Gosens (Fiorentina) – to feature.

Of them, however, only Gosens makes the kicker XI. Meanwhile, Bayern’s Joshua Kimmich appears to be resting (sighs of relief heard across Bayern) and club-mates Leroy Sané and Serge Gnabry, who both came on as substitutes against Bosnia-Herzegovina, now have a good chance to start from the start.

The midfield is still missing Aleksandar Pavlović and Angelo Stiller, the Bayern and former Bayern (now VfB Stuttgart) duo who have emerged this season as the possible future focal point for the men’s national team. Meanwhile, there seems to be no peace for Robert Andrich (Leverkusen) and Pascal Groß (BVB), who will get another chance to show why they should keep their places in the squad ahead of the 2026 World Cup.

Hungary are coming off the back of a horrific game against the Netherlands on Saturday, where they not only lost 4-0, but experienced the trauma of seeing assistant coach Adam Szalai collapse and be taken to hospital minutes after kick-off in Amsterdam.

He could be seen lying on the ground next to the team bench with his legs twitching as staff and substitutes quickly formed a protective barrier around him, according to the accounts.

The match was delayed for 13 minutes and Szalai was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

The former Bundesliga striker later took to social media to thank supporters for their messages of support and said he was fine. The latest update reported that he is “out of danger.”

Hungary, under Marco Rossi, have one win, two draws and one loss, with three goals scored and 10 conceded to this point. It would certainly love to make an impact in its final game in this tournament.
