Cowboys TE ruled out with concussion

game

The hits just keep on coming Dallas Cowboys.

They lost their starting quarterback, Dak Prescottfor the season. They are 3-6 and look to be 3-7 by the end of Monday night. Their stadium roof is shedding metal on the field.

Now they can add Jake Ferguson to the list of ongoing issues. The tight end left the “Monday Night Football” game against the Houston Texans in the first quarter and landed in concussion protocol. Just a short time later, he was banned from the team.

Here’s the latest on Ferguson’s status.

Jake Ferguson injury update

Ferguson entered concussion protocol in the first quarter against the Texans and was quick shut out by the Cowboys.

He recorded one catch for 11 yards in limited action.

Luke Schoonmaker figures to be the player who slides into Ferguson’s place the rest of the way. Now the question is how much time Ferguson will miss going forward.
