Inactive: No Will Anderson, Jr., Kamari Lassiter until Monday night vs. Dallas Cowboys

For the second week in a row, Will Anderson, Jr. inactive.

After Satruday’s practice, the 2023 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year was ruled out for Monday night’s road game against the Cowboys. He was injured two weeks ago during the Thursday night game at the Jets. Anderson leads the Texans with 7.5 sacks and has also tallied 11 tackles for loss in 2024.

Rookie cornerback Kamari Lassiter and defensive tackle Foley Fatukasi are also inactive. The team added cornerback Jeff Okudah to the roster on Monday, and he will be active and welcome back starting defensive tackle Mario Edwards, Jr. back to the active roster after missing the previous four games with a suspension. Edwards grew up outside the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and his father played cornerback for the Cowboys from 2000 to 2003.
