Health officials say one person has died and dozens of others have been sickened in 18 states after eating carrots tied to an E. coli outbreak. Officials say the organic carrots, produced by Grimmway Farms in California, were sold in some of the nation’s most popular stores. They are no longer on the shelves, but consumers were encouraged to check their refrigerators for them. NBC News’ Anne Thompson reports.
