Alabama Crimson Tide vs Mercer Bears Football Thread

Mercer is coached by Mike Jacobs. He went 74-17 in eight seasons at D-II schools. This season with Mercer is his first at the D-1 level, and he has his Bears ranked in the FCS Top 10 and leading the Southern Conference.
Alabama is 4-0 all-time against the Bears. The last two meetings were blowout victories in 2017 and 2021. The other two games were in 1939 and 1940.
