Russell Westbrook III played 20 minutes off the bench Tuesday and recorded 22 points, one rebound, five assists, one steal and one turnover.

Fantasy effect:

Westbrook’s 22 points is by far his season high, with his next highest point total at nine points. After his proven struggles the past few seasons, it’s hard to trust Westbrook as a reliable fantasy asset unless you find some game-to-game consistency.
