Starbucks holiday menu hits stores Thursday with new and returning items

The holiday season is almost upon us, and with it comes the annual addition of holiday items to the Starbucks menu. Starting Thursday, Starbucks locations across the country will add several popular returning holiday items to the menu along with some new creations.

Among the returned items is the famous Peppermint Mocha, which has been a customer favorite for more than 20 years. Made with Starbucks espresso and combined with steamed milk, mocha sauce and peppermint syrup. Other returning items include Caramel Brulée Latte, Chestnut Praline Latte, Iced Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte and Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai.

The company is also bringing back cold foam drinks, which include Peppermint Chocolate Cream Cold Foam, Sugar Cookie Cream Cold Foam, Chestnut Praline Cream Cold Foam and Caramel Brulée Cream Cold Foam.

Along with returning drinks, Starbucks is launching the following new drinks:

• Gingerbread Cream Cold Foam: With spicy gingerbread flavor mixed with Starbucks signature vanilla sweet cream.
• Cran-Merry Orange Refresher: Combined flavors of orange, tart cranberry and warm spices, along with hints of cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg, shaken with ice, water and real cranberry.
• Cran-Merry Orange Lemonade Refresher: Combines the Cran-Merry Orange Refresher shake with ice, lemonade and real cranberries.
• Cran-Merry Drink: contains Cran-Merry Refresher made with coconut milk, poured over ice and served with real cranberries.

On top of the drinks, Starbucks is launching a few new food items such as turkey sage danish, dark toffee bundt cake, penguin cookie and snowman cake pop. A Danish sugar plum and cranberry bliss bar also returns to the menu after being on sale in previous holiday seasons.
