Gisele Bundchen is pregnant and expecting her first child with jiu-jitsu pro partner Joaquim Valente, People have confirmed.

The supermodel, 44, has been dating Valente, 35, since June 2023 – shortly after her divorce from Tom Brady, 47, and this will be her third child and his first.

A source close to the star said: “Gisele and Joaquim are delighted with this new chapter in their lives and are looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family.”

The star was pictured on October 23 covering up her stomach in a baggy sweater. She appeared to have a small bump and held her handbag shielding her stomach.

She notably did not attend the revamped Victoria’s Secret fashion show on October 15 – despite being one of the brand’s iconic angels.

The star is already mother to son Benjamin, 14, and daughter Vivian, 11, from her marriage to NFL GOAT Tom Brady.

A Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor, Joaquim owns a jiujitsu studio with his brothers Pedro and Gui Valente in Miami.

They began dating in June 2023, after first meeting in December 2021, when she sought jiu-jitsu training for her son and then decided to take classes as well.

In early July, the lovebird enjoyed a summer vacation to Costa Rica with her two children.

She told Dust Magazine: ‘At first I didn’t even consider it myself. But when I took (her son Ben) to first grade and started talking to Joaquim, I realized it was much more than self-defense.’

Adding that the philosophy of jiu-jitsu interested her the most: ‘It felt very much in line with what I believe in and look for in my life and how I have a path to develop and become the best version of myself. ‘

The duo sparked romance rumors when they were spotted together in November 2022 in Costa Rica, two weeks after her divorce from Tom Brady was finalized.
