Notre Dame football coach Marcus Freeman spoke after the 23-10 victory over Georgia in the Sugar Bowl.

Opening statement:
“I think I said this after the game, but I’m so proud of this program, the team, for the work they put in to get the result we got tonight. I’ve been reminding them the last ten days, while we prepared for this to be a 60-plus minute game Georgia has been down nine games this year and they’re finding a way to come back and win.
