Celtics squeak past Wolves in 118-115 road win

The Boston Celtics defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves on the road 118-115. Boston improves to 12-3 on the road and 25-9 overall with the win.

This game came down to two main themes. On the offensive end, 3-point shooting was the story. Minnesota and Boston combined for 43-for-96 on shots from deep. This was a crucial lifeline for Boston’s scoring attack, especially after a slow start. But the defense was just as key Celtics. In all, the guys in green forced 15 turnovers, a key factor in stopping the Wolves from ever getting comfortable. Still, this one went down to the wire.
