College Football Playoff bracket: Updated schedule, scores, results for 2025 CFP quarterfinals

We’re down to five teams in the College Football Playoff’s first-ever 12-team bracket. With the second round of the CFP underway, we are one step closer to crowning this year’s national champion.

With the change in format, the path to winning the national championship is a little different and may take some getting used to. Most notably, the entire playoffs span over a month. The long schedule may cause stress for fans of the teams involved, but college football fans around the country are certainly excited that there are still six CFP games to be played.

These six games will feature a star-studded lineup of some of college football’s top talent. In the second round alone, fans have already seen Ashton Jeanty and the Boise State Broncos, with Will Howard and the high-flying Ohio State Buckeyes among the other teams still in the running for the national title.
