Six Minnesota Vikings made the initial roster for the 2025 Pro Bowl Games, the most in 15 years. See all the players, including substitutes, below.

Quarterback Sam Darnold

Green Bay Packers vs. Minnesota Vikings

If you had told Vikings fans before the season that Sam Darnold would be a Pro Bowler, many would have been surprised. But he earned the credit with his strong play, completing 68.1% of his passes for 4,153 yards, 35 touchdowns and 12 interceptions through 16 games. It is his first Pro Bowl selection.

Wide receiver Justin Jefferson

Justin Jefferson is the least shocking selection. The superstar has recorded his fifth straight season with more than 1,000 yards (1,479) along with 10 touchdowns on 100 catches so far.

Cornerback Byron Murphy Jr.

It’s the first Pro Bowl nod for Byron Murphy Jr., who is in his second year with the Vikings. He is tied in the NFL for the most interceptions this season, recording six of them so far.

Outside linebacker Andrew Van Ginkel

In addition to 11.5 sacks, Andrew Van Ginkel also has two pick-sixes, a forced fumble and 17 tackles for loss. He was signed as a free agent in the offseason. It is his first Pro Bowl selection.

Outside linebacker Jonathan Greenard

Jonathan Greenard, signed in the offseason as a free agent, has recorded 11 sacks and 16 tackles for a loss. It is his first Pro Bowl selection.

Long snapper Andrew DePaola

Despite missing time with an injury, Andrew DePaola has been a key part of a kicking game that has had its ups and downs but hummed along for most of the season. He is the first long snapper to make three straight Pro Bowls, according to head coach Kevin O’Connell.
