Actor and director Justin Baldoni has filed a $250 million lawsuit against The New York Times, saying they uncritically embraced Blake Lively’s narrative when they reported on her allegations of smear campaigns, including the “calculated distortion” of lyrics. The Times promises to “vigorously defend itself against the lawsuit.” NBC’s Chloe Melas reports for TODAY.
