2025 Super Bowl odds: Chiefs take first place as lone favorites, Chargers bolt

There is a new lone favorite at the top of the odds board to win the Super Bowl.

After being tied with the Lions last week for this spot, the Chiefs stand alone with the best odds to hoist the Lombardi Trophy at the end of the season.

Kansas City’s odds were shortened to +350 from +400, while Detroit’s remained.

FOX Sports NFL reporter Bucky Brooks placed reigning Super Bowl champion Kansas City at the top of his top-10 rankings for the second week in a row.

“Don’t look now, but the Chiefs are playing championship-caliber football heading into the tournament,” Brooks wrote. “The back-to-back champions are playing excellent complementary football, with Patrick Mahomes quietly operate at a high level within a ball-control offense.”

Of the Lions, Brooks noted that their “versatility” and “resilience” have carried them throughout the season.

“With a win that set up a winner-take-all contest in Week 18 against the Vikings, the Lions’ ability to lock in and focus could determine whether they secure the coveted top seed next week.”

Third on the list is the +600 Bills, who moved from +500 after stomping the Jets 40-14.

“Breakfast Ball” co-host Danny Park recently said they played like “the best team in the NFL” and that Buffalo’s offense is “borderline historic.”

One team further down the board that players might want to watch is the Los Angeles Chargers.

The surging Chargers moved to +3500 from +4500 after earning their second playoff appearance in three seasons with a 40-7 victory over New England Patriots on Saturday.

Other changes include the Falcons plummeting to +40000 from +10000, the Texans dropping to +7000 from +4500 and the Buccaneers rising to +3000 from +5000.
