However, Lively saw the alleged interaction as Baldoni criticizing her weight after she gave birth to her and Reynolds’ fourth child, son Olinin early 2023, according to a lawsuit she filed against Baldoni in New York on Dec. 31.

“Mr. Baldoni also routinely demeaned Ms. Lively by finding ways to criticize her body and weight,” her lawsuit read, as E! News 31 December. “Just weeks before filming began and less than four months after Ms Lively gave birth to her fourth child, Ms Lively was humiliated when she discovered that Mr Baldoni had secretly called her fitness trainer without her knowledge or permission and hinted that he wanted her to lose weight in two weeks.”

According to Lively’s filing, “Mr. Baldoni told the coach that he had asked because he was concerned about picking up Ms. Lively in a scene for the movie, but there was no such scene.”

She also accused Virgin Jane actress for going “out of the way to air criticism of her age and weight, which she could not change during filming.”
