Ticket requests are now available for the Capital One Orange Bowl – Penn State

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – With its victory over Boise State in the VRBO Fiesta Bowl, Penn State Football advances to the College Football Playoff Semifinals and will face the winner of Notre Dame and Georgia in the Capital One Orange Bowl on Thursday, January 9. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 pm ET on ESPN from Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.

All Capital One Orange Bowl ticket requests are now available, including students. The deadline to submit all ticket requests is Thursday, January 2nd at 5 p.m. ET. Please note that the student sale is its own solicitation process, separate from season ticket holders, NLC and Alumni Association members and the general public, and will be lottery based (see further information below).

Priority of ticket requests to be accommodated will be as follows.

  • Football season ticket holders and Nittany Lion Club members
  • Penn State Alumni Association members
  • General public

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS, NITTANY LION CLUB, PENN STATE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION & GENERAL PUBLIC INQUIRIES

  • Football season ticket holders and Nittany Lion Club (NLC) members can request Capital One Orange Bowl tickets here.
  • Penn State Alumni Association members may request tickets here.
  • Regular public tickets can be requested here.
  • The deadline to submit tickets for the Capital One Orange Bowl is Thursday, January 2 at 5 p.m. ET.
  • Fans will be notified by email by Friday, January 3, informing them whether their request can be fulfilled.
  • If a request cannot be fulfilled, fans will receive a full refund. If their request is granted, no refund or exchange will be issued.
  • Up to six tickets may be requested.

PENN STATE STUDENTS

  • A giveaway of Capital One Orange Bowl tickets will be held for Penn State students to request. The query link can be found here.
  • To best ensure that the highest number of students are given the opportunity to access tickets, requests are limited to one game ticket per game. account.
  • The deadline for submitting student ticket requests is Thursday, January 2 at 5 p.m. ET.
  • A lottery will be conducted to determine which accounts are selected. The timing of when requests are made does not affect whether an account will be selected in the lottery process.
  • Students who have requested will be notified by email by Friday, January 3, stating whether their account was selected in the lottery process to receive a student voucher.
  • Courtesy of Taco Bell, all student tickets will be free. After the request window closes, students will be randomly selected to receive a free student ticket.

Mobile tickets are the exclusive delivery method for all tickets and further information on how to access mobile tickets will be communicated via email after seat allocations have been completed.
