Bella Hadid Makes Surprise ‘Yellowstone’ Cameo as Taylor Sheridan’s Character’s Girlfriend

The last season of Yellowstone is almost over, but there are still plenty of surprises left.

Episode 13 featured a cameo from none other than supermodel Bella Hadid as Sadie, the girlfriend of Travis Wheatley, a horse trainer played by show creator Taylor Sheridan.

Hadid, an accomplished equestrian herself, first appears when Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) arrives at Travis’ Texas ranch and Sadie answers the door. “Are you the masseuse?” asks the model.

Beth quips, “Do I look like—no masseuses?” To which Sadie replies, “A very expensive one.”

Beth traveled to Texas to monitor the horse auction that Travis is hosting, only to find him playing strip poker with a large group of people at his house. Beth yells at him to get to the arena to meet wealthy buyers waiting for him.

As Beth settles in to see Travis in the arena with Sadie, she tries to get to the bottom of what Sadie sees in Travis, who Beth calls “the most arrogant man” she’s ever met.

Sadie says, “Have you ever seen him ride before?”

After seeing him in the ring, Beth replies, “OK, yeah, I get it.”

Beth was so impressed with Travis’ sales force after he sold a horse for $3 million (in part by rigging the process by having his maintenance crew stand in as fake buyers) that she encourages him to go to Montana for the auction that takes place at the Yellowstone ranch the next day.

Sadie makes another appearance on a horse during the auction at the Yellowstone ranch. Throughout, Sadie is dressed in full western gear, including a cowboy hat, ripped white tank, blue jeans with an oversized belt buckle, and a flannel worn around her waist.

Hadid isn’t the only guest star in the episode. Bart Johnson (Blake Lively’s brother-in-law) tries to hit on Beth at a bar in town while she’s trying to cheer up Colby’s girlfriend Teeter during a girls’ night out.

There is also a performance by the band Turnpike Troubadours, who will perform during the live auction at the Yellowstone ranch.

Hadid showed off her real-life riding skills during the episode, previously sharing on social media that she has ridden in horse competitions. In one shared Instagram posts on Nov. 3 with her boyfriend, professional rider Adan Banuelos, the caption read: “Bella rode 3 horses and qualified for 7 different finals, bringing home her first CHAMPIONSHIP buckle. We continue to be proud of her in (and outside) the arena .”

In September, Hadid and Banuelos held a show in downtown Manhattan when they rode horses outside the premiere of Horse sense inside a mini ring.

“My love brought Texas to NYC. Lucky me ,” Hadid wrote during their rodeo moment in the city.
