Thanksgiving 2024: How Matthew McConaughey and several stars celebrated

Several stars share what they are grateful for in 2024.

Former bachelor Joey Graziadei – still on pace after his 33rd season Dancing with the stars win — attended the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, Nov. 28, with fiancé Kelsey Anderson.

“Dude, Joey and I are at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade right now,” Anderson said in an Instagram Story video. “Check us out.”

Anderson panned the camera over to another Bachelor Nation member Tayshia Adams who was also at the annual event with the girlfriend Luke Gulbranson.

These aren’t the only couples who offered a glimpse into their Thanksgiving plans. Camila Alves showed off her turkey dinner prep with an Instagram video that featured husband Matthew McConaugheyand their Pantalones Organic Tequila.

Alves prepared for Thanksgiving dinner by making what she called a “tequila turkey” and encouraged fans to do the same.

“No joke…it turned out so good!!!” she captioned a video of herself and McConaughey.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed The Bachelor alum Adams and former Cottage star Gulbranson in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade crowd for the second year in a row.

Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko

After DWTS season 33 finale earlier this week, the duo revealed they would be spending the holidays together.

“I’m hosting at my house and all my sisters will be there. Nobody’s cooking, Raising Cane’s — this isn’t an ad — but they’ll be involved,” Nader shared Additional. “I order everything. I don’t make anything.”

Savchenko said he would “of course” be present at the dinner. “It’s all about the family,” he added.

Sofia Vergara

Vergara and her family traveled to a dreamy tropical location to celebrate the holiday. “Happy thanksgiving from Casa Chipichipi!!! #islandlife” Vergara wrote on her Instagram on Thursday.

She also included a photo of her clan enjoying a meal at an outdoor restaurant.

Jameela Jamil

Jamil further confessed to his followers Instagram that she prefers to indulge in “Hanksgiving” instead of the traditional holiday. “I don’t celebrate Thanksgiving,” she wrote. “I look instead Tom Hanks movies and eat curry with friends. We call it Hanksgiving. I highly recommend this practice. I once sat next to him at a dinner, but was too embarrassed to tell him of my long tradition.”

Jamil also added in his post, “Please eat today. Don’t let the diet demon ads on sale get you and make you feel guilty about enjoying the MASSIVE privilege of enjoying food that you are lucky to have with your loved ones , which you are lucky to still have here when so many are losing theirs right before our eyes.”

“Life is short. Pie is great. Make the right choice,” she noted. “Living. Laugh. Eat. Fart.”

Teigen gave fans a glimpse of the preparations for the Thanksgiving feast in her Instagram story, which included a couple of little sous chefs helping to make deviled eggs.
