I’m A Celeb star appears to shade Maura Higgins fueling feud rumors

Olivia Attwood has made comments that appear to be a dig at I’m A Celeb’s Maura.

Maura Higgins joined this year’s I’m a celebrity… Get me out of here! along with Reverend Richard Coles, but after a post Olivia shared, some believe there may be a little bit of animosity between the two former Love Island stars.

Olivia was on I’m a celeb in 2022, but had to leave early due to health reasons, since she left, there have been “will-she-won’t-she” returns to the show chat every year. This year, Maura joined the show as the only reality TV star, alongside social media whiz GK Barry and McFly’s Danny Jones.

While one of the episodes was airing, Olivia took to Instagram to share a post that read: “One day I’m going to write a book and some of the things I’ve managed to keep (zipper emoji) on over the years.

“It will blow your f—ing mind. You can try to hire all the same people, relive my stories as your own, study the playbook, follow the recipe blah blah blah, but it will *never* taste the same. It’s everything,’ she concluded.

This comes after Maura signs with the same PR firm as Olivia, Dundas Communications. Of course, while Olivia hasn’t said she was talking about the Irish star, the “reclaim my stories as your own” comment has many believing it’s directed at her.

Before Olivia’s statement, Maura had opened up to her campmates about moving on Love Island to take revenge on an unfaithful boyfriend.

Likewise, Olivia has said she moved on Love Island to get back at her now husband Bradley Dack, who had cheated on her. In 2024, she said MailOnline: “I wanted to get back to my ex-bad boyfriend Bradley and it worked.

“I initially said no to series three – until I found out Brad was seeing his ex-girlfriend. I was like, ‘Oh my God, I actually can’t believe this has happened to me again. What am I doing?’

“Anyone who’s been cheated on knows it’s just the most horrible thing. Brad and I hadn’t met each other’s families at the time, but we were dating. I was absolutely shocked.”

Before their time Love Island in 2017 and 2019, Olivia and Maura worked together as models for Monster energy and also both worked as ring girls, so they’ve had a very similar journey to fame.

Da Maura who celebrated her 34th birthday on I’m a celebtalked about how her ex affected her Love Island trip, she said: “I walked into a china shop like a bull because I was so angry about it all.”
