Washington State takes on Fresno State in the Acrisure Holiday Inv.

Washington State will look to continue their hot start to the young season tonight when they take on Fresno State in the first round of the Acrisure Holiday Invitational. Tip off is scheduled for 9:00 PM and will follow the game between SMU and Cal Baptist.

The Cougs have been on the road this season and currently sit at 5-1 with their lone loss coming at Iowa two weeks ago. They have scored 90 or more points in 4 of their 6 games so far this season and have been led by Nate Calmese and Cedric Coward, who are each averaging over 17 points per game this season.

Fresno State is currently 3-2 coming off a 72-69 win over Long Beach State. They are led by Amar Augillard, who has put up 92 points on the season. He has scored 20 or more points in 3 of their games and is shooting .412 from the field.

The Cougs will move on to face either SMU or Cal Baptist on Wednesday, with the two winners facing off at 6 p.m. 9:00, while the other two meet each other at 6:30. All 4 games will be shown on TruTV. The Cougs will have the rest of the holiday week off and will return to action next Monday against Nevada.
