‘I’m already crying’: Rylee Arnold confesses honest feelings for Stephen Nedoroscik hours before DWTS finale

It’s all about to end. It was the last camera block for them and also the last practice. November 26 marks the finale of ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Season 33, and while all five couples will be doing their best to win the Mirror Ball trophy, it’s a bittersweet moment because their journey will come to an end. That’s exactly how Stephen Nedoroscik and his pro dance partner Rylee Arnold feel. Their connection was not only professional; it went beyond as they formed a sibling-like bond.

In fact, earlier this month, Nedoroscik and his girlfriend Tess McCraken accompanied Arnold and her boyfriend, Walker Lyons, on a double date. They participated inEvil premiered in Los Angeles on November 9, and Arnold couldn’t help but rave about it. “Me, Stephen, Tess and Walker get along really well. We had such a good time and honestly, one of my favorite date nights,” she shared. The dancer even joked that Nedoroscik approved of her new boyfriend, who is a USC freshman tight end. But the couples might not get another date night like that anytime soon as DWTS is coming to an end.

Because of what an emotional rollercoaster the entire journey has been for them, Arnold had one more message Nedoroscik. On Nov. 25, the DWTS Instagram handle shared a minute-long snippet in which she said, “Stephen, I’m already crying because I have so much love for you in my heart. I am so, so, so, so proud of you. You have shown me every single week how hard you work and how inspiring you are.”

“You’ve taken this life and just made the best of it. It’s so cool to see your journey. It all started with you being the horse guy… worked so hard at your craft and now you’re here on the ‘Dancing With the Stars’ stage. We did the finale, which is so insane, and I’m so happy that my very first finale is with you guys. It will be so special.”

“Thank you for being the light in my life. I bring so much positivity and kindness and you have truly healed me in so many ways and I am so grateful to have you as my partner this season. I can’t wait to to kill that final. I just know we can do it. I’m so proud of you. Thank you for being the best friend ever.” Arnold shared his feelings in a shaky voice.

While Nedoroscik has had to deal with strabismus and coloboma – two eye diseases – he’d had since childhood, Arnold has dealt with type 1 diabetes for three years. Although it was one of the most difficult times in her life, seeing Nedoroscik’s success despite his medical conditions also seems to have changed her perspective on life.

But hey, it wasn’t just Rylee Arnold who had an emotional message for her dance partner. Nedoroscik also had a message for Arnold. What did he say?

Nedoroscik was not a dancer, and he could have imagined himself on such a big stage. As a child from Worcester he was quite active and wanted to climb anything he could. He would shoot up the walls to scare his babysitters, but dance? It wasn’t his cup of tea. But today he can proudly proclaim that he is a dancer who can translate his gymnastic moves to the biggest stage.

In his message to Arnold he said: “Hey Rylee! Just want to look back on the season, my journey with you. You’ve just been incredibly positive. You’ve been so patient with me and honestly, I don’t think I would have made it to the finals with literally anyone other.”

“And you’re just the sweetest, sweetest person, and it just means everything to me that you trust me. You took me through the process and made me a dancer. And I’ve loved every other second of our journey together and I’m going to miss your burps and all the fun stuff and yeah I love you and let’s damn get this mirror ball.”

The IG reel that DWTS shared was so emotional that fans took to the comments section and mentioned how much they would miss seeing the duo. But hey, let’s not forget that the final is still to come and it’s happening in a few hours. The final will see two Olympians, Stephen Nedoroscik and Ilona Maher, among the other couples competing for the trophy.
