The most exciting day of the year for Spotify users is almost here – when their annual Wrapped drops.

Spotify is wrapped allows users to reflect on all their favorite songs and view their streaming data from the past 12 months. You can also share your stats with friends, see who had a better top artist of the year, and enjoy the embarrassing songs that ended up on your charts.

But what about those who use Apple Music or Soundcloud? Here’s a quick list of which music streaming services have year-end recaps.

When will Spotify Wrapped 2024 be released?

Spotify has yet to announce when 2024 Wrapped will drop; however, based on previous years, USA TODAY says it will arrive in late November or early December.

Over the past few years, Spotify has been pushing the Wrapped release date. Last year’s Wrapped dropped on November 29th 2022Spotify Wrapped released on November 30th. IN 2021 and 2020 it was released on December 1st. In 2019 it was released on December 5th and in 2018 it was released on December 6th.

Will Spotify stop tracking user data on October 31st?

Spotify has assured users that the rumor is false.

The audio streamer shared a Halloween graphic on X last month of a jack-o’-lantern filled with candy and a message that read: “Spotify Wrapped won’t stop counting on October 31st.”

How can I see my Spotify Wrapped when it drops?

According to last year’s instructions, users must update their Spotify to the latest version.

The “Spotify Wrapped” package should appear on the front page of the platform’s iOS and Android apps. Users can expect to see an invitation to view their wrapped report when they open the app.

When is Apple Music’s ‘Replay’ coming out?

For Apple Music listeners who might feel left out, you’ll also want your end-of-the-year gift to open.

Apple Music Replay compiles Apple Music users’ listening data for the year, including top songs, artists, albums and total minutes listened to. The platform released this feature in 2022 to compete against the popular Wrapped.

The exact date on which it will be broadcast has not been revealed. Last year it was released on November 28.

The platform has already released its 2024 artist, giving the title to singer Billie Eilish.

How can I watch my Apple Music Replay when it drops?

Apple Music users can access their Replay by finding the Listen Now tab in the app, scrolling to the Replay section, tapping the Replay ’24 playlist, then selecting the plus button in the top right.

After that, Apple Music users can view their Replay ’24 throughout the year in the Playlists section of their library.

How to find your YouTube ‘My Music’ summary

Last year, YouTube Music listeners also got their first taste of an end-of-the-year music roundup. Similar to Spotify’s approach, YouTube Music listeners see their most listened to songs, artists and albums, and the platform matches them to moods and themes.

To access your YouTube Music Recap, simply log into your account in the app or in a browser. You can also access your summary from the regular YouTube app.

Is there a SoundCloud version of Spotify bundled in?

SoundCloud has a version of Spotify Wrapped called SoundCloud playback. It’s not as social media friendly as the other streaming platform summarizes, but it sums up each user’s listening habits from year to year.

Play is simply a playlist of your most listened songs from the past year.

SoundCloud users don’t yet have access to their 2024 Playback playlists, but they should receive an email when they’re ready to listen. However, SoundCloud’s Playback playlists are expected to drop soon, as they are based on music each listener has played between January 1st and November 30th of each year.

Does Pandora still offer its ‘Playback’ wrapper?

According to Pandora Community posts, the music streaming platform’s Playback user is years in review no longer available. It’s unclear when officials stopped the feature or how long it was available.
