Microsoft reports outages across Exchange, Teams

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV/Gray News) – If you’re having trouble using Microsoft Exchange or Teams, you’re not alone.

Microsoft said it is investigating issues users are having with both programs, according to posts on X.

Microsoft said it believes it has found the issue and is working to fix it.

Down detector showed an increase in Microsoft 365 outages between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM Monday, with 86% of outages affecting Outlook, 9% affecting Exchange, and 6% affecting SharePoint.

There is no time frame for when services can be expected to be restored.
