Twitch sensation Kai Cenat has crushed it with his Mafiathon 2 subathon, now on day 22 of a relentless 30-day stream. But the laughs may be catching up with him, leaving fans seriously worried about his health.

On November 22, Kai dropped a bombshell: he woke up coughing up blood. He told his viewers: “I coughed up blood this morning in a cup.”
