Of the romance, the actor said: “It’s not a secret, but it’s private … To me, having a private life is absolutely critical. I don’t know if I would be able to be as sure about speaking up about others thing if I felt like my whole life was on the line.”

Fortunately, he eventually moved past this fear and decided to live his life truthfully, Hollywood be damned. “I got to a point where I was like, ‘f**k this.’ to get a part,” Bailey told the outlet.
