Ruben Amorim’s Manchester United tenure off to a flyer with Rashford’s goal after 81 seconds

It took Manchester United just 81 seconds to score in Ruben Amorim’s first game at Ipswich on Sunday. Marcus Rashford tapped in a cross from Amad Diallo to give United a 1-0 lead at Portman Road. Amorim left Portuguese leaders Sporting Lisbon to replace the sacked Erik ten Hag as United manager. Diallo and Rashford were two of Amorim’s top choices for his first game and they were confirmed immediately.
