Kai Cenat raises health concerns after coughing up blood on day 22 of subathon

Twitch star Kai Cenat is on day 22 of his viral Mafiathon 2 subathon – but fans are worried the constant streaming is starting to take a toll on his health.

On November 22, Cenat shocked viewers by revealing that he had spat up blood when he woke up that morning, and revealed that he is currently battling some kind of chest cold.

“I coughed up blood into a cup this morning,” he said. “If you look in that cup, there’s blood, there’s saliva. …I’m sick. My chest is completely blocked.”

Kai went on to explain that he’s “feeling a lot better” now and thanked his fans for sticking with him through his 30-day stream.

“Every single time when I’m feeling tired or bad, it’s tough and we’ve got eight more bloody days left, you always prove to me why I have to keep going,” he said.

Fans spoke out in concern for the streamer, med a writer, “Bro needs to take a break, (his) health is far more important.”

“Coughing up blood is crazy, bro gotta put his health first on this one,” said another.

“Just get the doctor going and make him happy,” another suggested.

Kai’s Mafiathon 2 has been a huge undertaking for the streamer, who has continued to broadcast 24/7 for almost the entire month of November.

He even streams himself while sleeping and showering (with clothes on), summoning NPC TikTokers like leaks_world and PinkyDoll to keep viewers entertained while catching zzz’s after hours of constant streaming.

Kai has kept extremely busy, inviting celebrities on almost every day of the broadcast such as Snoop Dogg, Kodak Black, Benny Blanco and even Chris Brown.

Kai isn’t the only streamer whose health has become an issue lately; earlier this month, FaZe’s StableRonaldo claimed he experienced migraines and vision loss after waking up in the morning.
