College Football Playoff 2024 – Byes, Brackets and New Top 25

The College Football Playoff committee released its third set of rankings Tuesday, and the big news was that Boise State earned a bye and jumped Big 12 leader BYU.

The committee will publish its rankings every Tuesday up to and including the end of the season. The final set of rankings will be released on December 8, and those rankings will determine the final 12-team bracket.
