Famous country singer-songwriter arrested in Williamson County

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WSMV) – A famous country music singer-songwriter is facing charges after an arrest in Williamson County over the weekend, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

THP reports that Jamey Johnson was arrested on Sunday, November 17th in Williamson County.

The incident remains under investigation. Johnson is facing drug possession and traffic violation charges.
