The United States will make clear to Turkey’s government that there can be no more business as usual with Hamas, the State Department said Monday when asked about reports that some Hamas leadership who had been in Qatar had moved to Turkey .

State Department spokesman Matthew Miller, who did not confirm the reports but said he was unable to dispute them, added that a number of Hamas leaders are under US indictment and Washington believes they should be handed over to the United States.
